Skebo continues its investment in new production outside central Skellefteå. We have experienced significant growth within Skellefteå Municipality and increased demand in various locations, including Bureå. Approximately 40 new apartments are being built in Bureå with planned move-in starting from July 1, 2024. The contractor is Ersmark Trä and Bygg (ETB Bygg).
Block
The new multi-family houses are built in wood. There will be five two-story houses with loft access. A total of 40 apartments consisting of studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units.
Here you will live close to playgrounds, swimming pool, health center, and school. You also have walking distance to Bureå center.
Nice green spaces surround the block. Since there is already a playground nearby, Skebo chooses to focus on creating outdoor seating areas instead.
Apartments
All apartments have balconies. The units are equipped with a combined washer-dryer in studios and one-bedroom apartments, and separate washing machine and dryer in two-bedroom units. Dishwasher is available in all apartments.
Each apartment has an outdoor storage room at the parking lot. There are bicycle sheds in front of each entrance and space for bikes, strollers, and walkers in the storage building.

Location Near the Sea with Good Commuting Distance
Discover the advantages of living in Bureå - an ideal place approximately 20 km south of Skellefteå. With just a 15-minute car ride, you can reach the city's vibrant city life. For those who prefer public transportation, Bureå offers frequent bus connections to and from the town. Additionally, it is only about 8 kilometers to Skellefteå Airport.
In the town, you will find a center with shops, swimming pool, restaurants, as well as soccer fields, hockey rinks, and ski trails.
Bureå's proximity to the Bure River and the Gulf of Bothnia provides ample opportunities for fishing, nature walks, and boating. There are both sea baths and a nice campsite by the river.

New Production Rental
The apartments are scheduled to be released for rental on March 5, 2024, and will be available for booking for two weeks. They will be allocated according to our new production rental rules.

Open House
