Skebo continues its investment in new production outside central Skellefteå. We have significant growth in Skellefteå Municipality and increased demand in several areas, including Byske. Approximately 24 new apartments are being built in Byske with planned occupancy sometime after the turn of the year 2023/2024. The contractor is Contractor.
Block
The new multi-family houses are built on Bäckgatan next to Skebo's existing residences (currently 6 buildings with 96 apartments). The houses are built in concrete where larger parts of the houses will have a wooden facade. An estimated neighborhood yard already exists in the area.
The existing outdoor environment consists of playgrounds for younger children, green areas, and barbecue areas. Between the two new building blocks, there will be a green area with a playground for older children, barbecue area, and seating. In addition to this, we will invest in planting more edible plants near the new multi-family houses.
Here you live close to the forest and illuminated ski trails. School, football field, and swimming pool are also nearby. Byske center is within walking distance.
Apartments
The new apartments will be two-bedroom and three-bedroom units distributed between two two-story buildings with a loft, totaling 24 apartments. There will be 12 two-bedroom apartments at 50.3 sqm and 12 three-bedroom apartments at 66.7 sqm.
All apartments have a nice balcony, and a few apartments will also have a space in the loft. These outdoor spaces will face two different directions.
The apartments are equipped with a combination machine in the two-bedroom units and a separate washing machine and dryer in the three-bedroom units. A dishwasher is included in all apartments. Each apartment will be assigned a storage area in the loft. A shared storage area on the ground floor for bicycles, strollers, and walkers.

Wide range of shopping and scenic location
Byske is located approximately 30 kilometers north of Skellefteå, with good commuting opportunities to the city center. In the heart of Byske flows the well-known Byske River, one of Sweden's best salmon rivers. There are also great hiking trails and one of the country's finest seaside resorts with a 5-star camping area. The center features two large grocery stores, cafés, and several dining venues.

The apartments are applied for on our website and distributed based on queue points in Skebo's housing queue.
