When a company establishes itself or carries out projects in Skellefteå, the employees need somewhere to stay. Skebo is expanding its offering of corporate apartments with furnished apartments and a flexible range of services tailored to the company's needs.

The apartments are located in regular residential areas, with Skellefteå residents as neighbors. Apartments of all sizes accommodate both those who come alone to work and those who move here with their families. There are opportunities to get to know the surroundings and integrate into everyday life in the area.
The apartments are furnished and equipped to function from day one, with everything from furniture to cleaning equipment in place. Our accommodations are of high standard and located in attractive residential areas throughout the Skellefteå municipality.

Service tailored to the company's needs

Companies receive a responsible contact person to coordinate housing issues. The setup can also include cleaning, linen services, and ongoing support. The scope is tailored to the business and the individuals who will be living there.
There is also the possibility to rent furnished offices. By consolidating practical matters concerning housing and workplace, the company can reduce its administration and get started more quickly.
Through this offering, Skebo aims to facilitate companies in establishing and operating in the municipality. The ability to offer good accommodations can also strengthen companies as employers and make it easier to recruit employees.
With Skebo as a partner, companies get a simple, flexible, and professional solution that provides the best possible start in Skellefteå.
