At Skebo, there is room for both your first own home and a more comfortable living arrangement later in life. The numbers on the map show where our different options are located. Below you will find the same numbers and a brief description of each housing concept.

1. 55+ Apartments are for those who are 55 and older and want to live comfortably with neighbors in the same stage of life. These apartments are located on the ground floor or have elevators, with proximity to services and transportation. You can find them in many locations in the municipality.

2. High School Apartments make it possible for students who live far from school to move closer to their education. The apartments are specifically designated for high school students and are located in the Centre, where we have new construction, as well as in Kåge and Burträsk. If you are under 18, your guardian needs to be on the contract.

3. Comfort+ at Moröhöjden is designed for those over 50 who want a little extra in their accommodation. There are a total of 178 modern rental apartments here. At Kandelabern, there is a gym, sauna, overnight apartment, and a housekeeper who coordinates activities with neighbors. From the age of 65, there is the option to convert the apartment into a safety home.

4. Student Housing is available at Getberget, Älvsbacka, and Sunnan/Sörböle. Choose between furnished student rooms and unfurnished apartments with their own kitchen. In the unfurnished apartments, you have the option to continue living there even after graduation.

5. Safety Homes are for those who are 65 and older. Here, you live in your own apartment with an elevator and communal facilities in the building. A safety guardian is present a few days a week to assist with social activities, and you participate as you wish.

6. Youth Apartments open the door to a home for those between 18 and 25 years old. These are one-bedroom and two-bedroom units reserved for young people. And you don't have to move out just because you turn 26.

7. Entrepreneur Apartments provide companies with a ready-made housing solution for employees. The apartments are fully furnished and move-in ready, with the option to add services such as cleaning and linen management.

8. Commercial Spaces offer companies a place to work and evolve in various locations across the municipality. Businesses can also find a home at Skebo.
