Skebo has started digital coffee meetings to make everyday digital services easier and more usable for tenants. Here they receive support in everything from booking the laundry room via My Pages to starting the engine heater in the mobile phone or creating a service request.

– We want to show how easy it can be and provide more confidence in using the digital opportunities available, says Sandra Hägg, project leader at Skebo.
The meetings are held in collaboration with Seniortorget, a municipal organization working for security, independence, and joy in everyday life. For those who want to participate, it's good to have BankID installed and keep track of their passwords.

After the premiere in Byske, held on September 17, more digital coffee meetings are now planned around Skellefteå. Here are the preliminary dates.
Skelleftehamn October 7
Ursviken October 9
Bureå October 13
Lövånger October 21
Boliden/Kåge/Burträsk/Centrum are planned for November.

All tenants will receive an invitation via email.
– Our goal is for more people to feel comfortable using the digital services available. It opens up for an easier everyday life if you are familiar with these technological solutions, says Sandra.
