The rooms have a classic corridor feel and there are a total of;
27 student rooms of 20-22 m² with a shared kitchen.
In the furnished kitchen, there is access to a personal, lockable cabinet.
What's included or available:
Internet access is included in the rent.
All rooms are furnished and share a kitchen but have their own toilet and shower.
Furniture: bed, mattress, bedside table and lamp, curtains, desk with drawers, waste paper basket, desk chair, floor lamp, an armchair, bookshelf, coffee table.
All residents have access to a communal laundry room.
Cleaning equipment is available.
What's not included or available:
There is no kitchen equipment, bed linen, blankets, pillows, or other textiles.
Due to allergies and everyone's well-being, smoking or having pets in the accommodation is not allowed.
It is also not allowed to have more than one person in each student room.
