We are now opening the doors to Kandelabern at Moröhöjden and inviting you to a viewing week for those who want to learn more about our new living concept "Komfort+" and discover life at Kandelabern. The living concept is aimed at individuals aged 50 or above who are seeking comfortable living with added value in everyday life. Here, you have the opportunity to experience the property on site, explore the communal areas, and feel the welcoming environment that makes Kandelabern a unique living space.
We will of course offer coffee and pastries during all viewing sessions and hope that you take the chance to ask questions, meet us, and experience Kandelabern in person.

During the viewings, we will showcase several different types of apartments, from well-designed studios to spacious four-room apartments, so you can get a good idea of the possibilities available. To make it even easier to imagine life at Kandelabern, we have also furnished a show home where you can experience the size, layout, and feel of the place.
You will also learn more about Komfort+, a concept that provides you with additional benefits beyond your own home. As a resident, you will have access to a gym, sauna, guest apartment, housekeeper, and pleasant communal areas. The idea is simple: fewer practical chores and more time for what matters to you.
During the viewing sessions, there will also be a safety hostess present to explain more about the possibility of converting your apartment into a safety home from the age of 65. You will learn more about what a safety home entails, the advantages it can bring to daily life, and how the living arrangement can adapt to the various stages of life.
