Genom 60 goda gärningar knyter vi ihop vårt jubileum med Våga bry dig och Hej granne. Tillsammans vill vi uppmuntra till omtanke, gemenskap och små handlingar som gör stor skillnad - lokalt och globalt. För varje god gärning skänker Skebo 10 kr till Musikhjälpen...

Från och med den 1 oktober 2026 omfattas alla parkeringsplatser och garage som hyrs separat från bostaden av 25 procents moms. Detta är ett nytt beslut från Skatteverket och gäller alla hyresvärdar. Skatteverkets tolkning är att uthyrning av parkeringsplatser ska ses som en egen tjänst och därför vara momspliktig...

To increase security in our homes, Skebo has started a project to replace all smoke alarms in our apartments. The work is being carried out by our own staff and will continue steadily, area by area, until all apartments are completed.

Currently, the drawings (floor plans and site plans) for our available apartments are not displaying correctly on the website, only parts of the drawings are visible. The issue is due to a bug in the system, and our supplier Vitec is working on resolving the problem. We apologize for this and hope that the issue will be fixed soon. Thank you for your patience!

Friday, September 26th, free parking is offered at the Reindeer parking garage for all visitors attending Culture Night. Parking is free for hourly parkers all day between 6:00 AM and 9:00 PM.

The draw is complete and it is now clear which addresses will receive an anniversary tree during the autumn. The trees are planted as part of Skebo's 60th anniversary celebration and are a way to create more greenery and community in our residential areas.
